We are looking for applicants for Senior Human Resource Specialist position!
Qualification Standards:
1. Education – Bachelor’s Degree preferably in Statistics, Math, Psychology, Computer Science or Information Technology
2. Training – 24 hours of relevant training preferably in managing frontline services and operations, technical writing, program/project management within the last five (5) years
3. Work Experience – 2 years demonstrated ability in managing frontline services and operations, technical writing, policy interpretation and application, program/ project management
